About Me

I'm Pinchas Harr, founder of Pinchcode.

I've spent 15 years developing software across different teams, departments, and requirements throughout the Microsoft stack — building web applications, customer and employee portals, databases, reporting, API integrations, and smashing bugs for industries as different as telecom, healthcare, and construction. That range taught me something useful: most "unique" business problems aren't unique at all — they're the same handful of patterns wearing different clothes, and that's exactly where automation earns its keep.

I don't vibe code. I use co-intelligence — pairing hands-on engineering judgment with AI, so the leverage it provides gets pointed at the right problems, not just the fastest-looking ones. The goal isn't to ship something that merely works; it's to build applications that make sense, hold up under real use, and are built properly from the start.
